特 性 FEATURE
1.本機(jī)采用全油壓設(shè)計(jì)，壓力大，貼合牢固。最先進(jìn)的電腦觸碰操作方式，轉(zhuǎn)以圓形及超大型顯示熒幕，簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)易記。
2. 壓底、押邊及前后束緊，可一次完成，亦可個(gè)別完成，故平底、包邊及特殊包邊設(shè)計(jì)鞋，皆可適用，一機(jī)三用，經(jīng)濟(jì)效率高。
3.適用 0 號(hào)至18號(hào)鞋子，非一般墻式及氣囊式壓底機(jī)可比擬。
4. 使用特殊設(shè)計(jì)多支密排式油壓缸，能配合鞋邊不規(guī)則之輪廓，而產(chǎn)生壓邊均衡且沒(méi)有死角的優(yōu)良效果。
5.除壓桿相通之設(shè)計(jì)，更改良二次壓底之功能。本專利功能使鞋底在成型壓底時(shí)，油壓缸可配合鞋底高低不平的位置，自動(dòng)伸展到其百分之百貼合位置，使鞋子的貼底更加緊密，不易產(chǎn)生間隙死角。
6. 專利之壓桿自動(dòng)橫移定位設(shè)計(jì)，使鞋子之取放方便無(wú)阻礙，能提高產(chǎn)能，且不使鞋面受損，故除一般鞋類外，無(wú)論長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)或半長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)鞋，亦能方便的操作，且效果亦能踏實(shí)。
