Therefore, the requirements are very high to both process and operating skills, which caused some difficulties in operation and material loss.

但是目前國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的港寶都是以卷裝片材為主，鞋廠拿回港寶以后，裁片、削邊，而且還要配合各種不同的設(shè)計處理或車縫要求，并兼顧鞋子外觀的美感和穿著的舒適，因此對各種工藝要求很高，對操作人員的技術(shù)要求也很高。造成了一定的操作難度和材料損失。

This series of equipment can directly produce suitable Counter sheets for each shoe according to different styles by different shoe factories.

按工人平均削邊、打磨工效及工資計算，每雙（2片）港寶的削邊人工費(fèi)用約為0.05元-0.06元

C Material loss材料損耗

The actual usage 90% for each yard Counter, at least 10% material loss, and cost about 0.07-0.10RMB

每碼港寶實際使用率90%，至少10%的邊角料，損耗材料成本費(fèi)用每雙（2片）約為0.07-0.10元

D Electricity, maintenance and other losses電費(fèi)、設(shè)備維護(hù)及時其他損耗
