由于落針準(zhǔn)確，設(shè)備能夠縫制出精美的平行線跡和正面線跡。采用了伺服控制和鋼性提高的送布裝置，因此可縫制出高精度圖案，即使高速縫紉或縫紉厚料時，也不會發(fā)生電腦花飾機常有的不良線跡和偏位問題。

拆卸4顆螺絲即可快速更換大壓腳。也可通過定位銷準(zhǔn)確安裝。

Remove the 4 screws to replaced clamp, also can be installed to the accurate position rapidly.

準(zhǔn)確定位以更換送布板Accurate positioning in order to change the feed plate

對準(zhǔn)送布板和底板的參照孔，將送布板裝到底板上，擰緊螺栓，即可完成安裝?？煞奖愕販?zhǔn)確定位送布板。

According to the reference of the feeding plate to the bottom plate hole,the feeding plate easily 
cna fix on the bottom  plate, tighten the bolts to complete the installation. Accurate positioning of plate can be conveniently fix up.

內(nèi)置大容量內(nèi)存Set to large capacity of memory

縫紉機可在其內(nèi)存中存儲大量數(shù)據(jù)（512個圖案，500,000針*）。每次更改縫紉圖案后無需重新裝載縫紉圖案。另外，CF卡(CompactFlash)閃存卡用作于存儲媒介，讀寫速度加快，可將大量數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)制或轉(zhuǎn)移至其他縫紉機或電腦中以便進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理。

可在操作盤上輸入一個數(shù)值輕松設(shè)置壓腳的高度。根據(jù)布料的厚度設(shè)置一個合適的壓腳高度可防止過多或不足的壓腳下壓操作，從而使底面線松緊度保持一致。使用編程器PD-3000*，可在縫紉數(shù)據(jù)中設(shè)置中間壓腳高度。由于可設(shè)置高度，所以高度可根據(jù)布料厚度的改變而改變。
